I am updating my review due to the service I received today at Touchless. I got the complimentary Express Detail which the manager Fidel and a gentleman named Edward had promised via their reply to my original review. The detailing job was great, my car looks awesome and no marks or any wet blotches. I am mainly updating this review because of the service Fidel and Edward had. They returned the $15 dollars that was originally taken by an employee and they seemed truly sorry for my first experience. They seemed to really care about what had happened and Fidel had even given me his business card for any future communication.

All in all, great job with the detail and the customer service from Edward and Fidel made me want to come backdespite my first experience.I pulled up in the line, which wasn't that long (I'll give them a star for that), and the guy who was "taking my order" was trying to hard sell me a detail package.  Does my car really look that bad?  He told me that I needed some special wax package because my car was "getting rusty" and showing me where the "rust" in my paint was.  Umm, I sure hope it isn't rusty - it's only 3 months old!  After I told him I just wanted the Super Wash, he left me alone.
I walked into the waiting room where I paid and a few minutes later, I see my car come out.  The guys who were working on it took MAYBE 5 minutes to (allegedly) do the windows, interior, hand dry and apply wax.  I came out and took a closer look because, honestly, I couldn't believe that they were already done.  Sure enough, they hadmissed a lot of spots.
I had to ask the guy to get all of the bug guts off my grille and headlights, and to wash the wheel wells (they were still filthy, as if they hadn't been touched).  He obliged, but I shouldn't have had to ask.  Also of note, the interior was not vacuumed very well.  I could've done a better job myself.  In fact, I noticed some new schmootz on the mats that wasn't there before (presumably from the employees' shoes).
They didn't get the bug guts off the windshield either, and the back window wiper didn't get wiped off, so it was dripping dirty water all over the freshly washed car. :-/
It was cheap ($21.95) and, in a pinch, I suppose it would do, but I'll probably just ask my fiance to do it next time so I know it will get clean.
