Flushmate iii Series 503

I am updating my review due to the service I received today at Touchless. I got the complimentary Express Detail which the manager Fidel and a gentleman named Edward had promised via their reply to my original review. The detailing job was great, my car looks awesome and no marks or any wet blotches. I am mainly updating this review because of the service Fidel and Edward had. They returned the $15 dollars that was originally taken by an employee and they seemed truly sorry for my first experience. They seemed to really care about what had happened and Fidel had even given me his business card for any future communication.

All in all, great job with the detail and the customer service from Edward and Fidel made me want to come back despite my first experience.Went here for he first time to get my Lexus the so called express detail. Damn it was disappointing, my front passenger floor mat has a wet shoe mark, dash board & gauges trim has spots of armorall, water spots on the trunk & roof after hand wax.Went here for he first time to get my Lexus the so called express detail. I didn't even get the air fresher!!!!
