This place used to be a gas station and car wash but now it just does car washes. This place does an okay job. The wash I chose was not the basic one but the next one above it that cost around $22. The outside of the car was great and so was the vacuum job. The wipe down inside the car was not great. Lots of dust still on my dash board. Nothing too special about this place. If you are looking for a coupon just go to Safeway and ask them to feed their receipt paper and on the back there is a coupon! Save you some money.I went to this place and thought I can get a normal car wash.I dont want to blame anyone in this store, but after the car wash, one of the back tires became flat. I called the customer service and he said I broke thetire. when I drove back home, both tires at the back are completely broken, and I have to pay extra around $200 to replace the rear tires. This is my experience of this location. I will say do the car wash yourself if you dontwant any problem and spend more unnecessary money.I am updating my review due to the service I received today at Touchless. I got the complimentary Express Detail which the manager Fidel and a gentleman named Edward had promised via their reply to my original review. The detailing job was great, my car looks awesome and no marks or any wet blotches. I am mainly updating this review because of the service Fidel and Edward had. They returned the $15 dollars that was originally taken by an employee and they seemed truly sorry for my first experience. They seemed to really care about what had happened and Fidel had even given me his business card for any future communication. All in all, great job with the detail and the customer service from Edward and Fidel made me want to come back despite my first experience.
