All people deserve the same consideration and respect. That’s why we’ve made it easy for our customers with disabilities to access our Esso service stations.
Our customers with disabilities can get full service gas at self-serve prices at participating Esso stations that have both full and self-serve pumps. You can even get full service gas at self-serve prices at participating Esso stations with self-serve pumps only*. You will need to have a vehicle permit for people with disabilities to make use of this service.
Our sales associates and retail branded distributors who deal with the public receive information on how to serve people with disabilities.
Imperial Oil welcomes and accommodates our Esso customers with disabilities who require the assistance of a service animal, in all public areas of our premises. We are developing enhanced signage confirming our commitment to providing accessibility for customers accompanied by service animals.
