outpatient primary care services to provide essential support to New
Yorkers in need, particularly those most affected by Hurricane Sandy.
Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday: 8 am - 8 pm; Friday: 8 am - 4:30
pm and Saturday: 9 am - 1 pm. Please or 311 for
